I need to diet now. It's already overweight!

then, I'll give my diet tips to you:
- Sports. It's difficult at first time, but this activity will easy when you do on routine. I've toke aerobic and body language for a moth then i lost 4kg :)
- Less rice, more fruits and vegetables. Rice has a lot of carbo that no really good for you tum. Besides fruits and vegetables has more fiber goods for your digestive system.
- Low fat milk. Give you energy but not fat.
- Avoid snacking. Snacks has a lot of chemical that bad for you healthy. Makes you fat, also aggravate your healthy.
- Never smoke and drink! That's too bad for your healthy and mind.
- Enough Sleep. Will help your digestive system. They can work well when you sleep tight.
