on DIET

hahahaha it's sound creepy!!!

I need to diet now. It's already overweight!
:'(

then, I'll give my diet tips to you:
  1. Sports. It's difficult at first time, but this activity will easy when you do on routine. I've toke aerobic and body language for a moth then i lost 4kg :)
  2. Less rice, more fruits and vegetables. Rice has a lot of carbo that no really good for you tum. Besides fruits and vegetables has more fiber goods for your digestive system. 
  3. Low fat milk. Give you energy but not fat.
  4. Avoid snacking. Snacks has a lot of chemical that bad for you healthy. Makes you fat, also aggravate your healthy. 
  5. Never smoke and drink! That's too bad for your healthy and mind.
  6. Enough Sleep. Will help your digestive system. They can work well when you sleep tight.
I think that's all. I hope it could help you lost your weight and gets healthy life :)
